Solaeris keeps getting bigger. Dream Finders Homes has announced Reverie at Solaeris, a 1,000-home community for residents 55 and older inside Port St. Lucie's sprawling Solaeris master plan.
The homes are aimed squarely at the active-adult market. Reverie will offer villas and single-family homes starting in the $300,000s, with 15 floor plans ranging from about 1,400 to 3,000 square feet — a spread wide enough to cover downsizers and folks who still want the extra room.
The amenity package is where these communities live or die, and Reverie is going big: a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse anchors it, with fitness and aerobics space, a resort-style pool and spa, pickleball courts, and bocce courts. In other words, the full 55+ playbook.
Reverie is just one piece of a genuinely huge plan. Solaeris is slated to deliver up to 8,600 homes across more than 3,000 acres, with Reverie being one of seven announced communities inside it. For context, that's the same master plan where Taylor Morrison recently announced 1,750 homes — Solaeris is turning into a small city of its own on PSL's western edge.
Ten model homes are expected to be open for tours by the community's grand opening in spring 2027. For the 772, Reverie is another sign that Port St. Lucie's growth isn't slowing — and that the region is increasingly building specifically for the retirees who keep choosing the Treasure Coast.
