P1 Motor Club's 650-acre motorsports complex is actually happening
A 4.5-mile private circuit, karting, rally, drift tracks, and private garages — opening two years ahead of schedule west of I-95.
P1 Motor Club is building a 650-acre motorsports complex about 10 minutes west of I-95 in Port St. Lucie, and it's opening two years ahead of its original 2028 timeline.
The Treasure Coast Motorsports Complex — a 3.2-mile FIA Grade 3 circuit — debuted for members earlier this year. It's open to race teams, track day drivers, manufacturers, and driving schools, with special P1 member days throughout the season.
But that's just the warm-up. The main event is the P1 Circuit — a 4.5-mile private track currently being paved, with a grand opening set for Spring 2027. The full complex also includes a 1-mile karting circuit, 0.75-mile rally circuits, and a 0.25-mile drift circuit.
The residential component is real too. Private garages and residences within the complex started becoming available in Q2 2026. Think: wake up, walk to your garage, drive your car on a world-class track. That's the pitch.
For the 772, this puts us on an entirely different map. We're not just suburbs and strip malls anymore — we're becoming a motorsports destination. The economic impact from events, tourism, and the residential community will be significant for the west PSL corridor.
