Construction is underway on a 134,000-square-foot Lowe's store at the Shoppes at Southern Grove, with a projected opening later in 2026.
For Tradition and southern PSL residents, this is a game-changer. No more driving to the Home Depot on US-1 or the Lowe's in St. Lucie West. Southern Grove is becoming a full-service commercial hub.
The Shoppes at Southern Grove development is part of the broader buildout of the Tradition area's southern section, which also includes Belterra and other new residential communities. More rooftops = more retail. The flywheel is spinning.
