About Medalist Golf Club Estates

Medalist Golf Club Estates (the Medalist Country Club Estates) is the custom-estate section of The Medalist, developed by Zuckerman Homes with 87 limited-edition homes on lots from a quarter acre to over a half acre. Homes were offered in six architectural models and feature high-end finishes, with access to the Medalist Village spa, par-3 course, tennis and Aussie Pub.
